Shipping policy

All products are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs delays.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@mistersamshearon.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Self-Fulfilled Items (Playing Cards & Select Merchandise)

Some items in our store — including playing cards and select collectibles — are packed and shipped directly by Mister Sam Shearon from the USA. These ship separately from print-on-demand orders.
