Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection, except where required by law. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
We will replace or refund items in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
- The item has a print quality issue
To request a replacement or refund, contact us at info@mistersamshearon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate each case and make it right.
Australian Customers In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers in Australia may return any item within 60 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mistersamshearon.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
European Union 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@mistersamshearon.com.
